The HFCP Reinforced Composite Sheet uses PP fiber and glass fiber as the main raw materials, firstly produced into the composite mat by wet layout process or dry process. Then in the next process, pressure the composite mat with high pressure and high temperature, and the mat becomes sheets.
Compared to steel sheets or FRP boards, this composite board is characterized by lightweight, impact resistance, vibration resistance, thermal insulation, size stability, easy forming, acoustic absorption, no smell, anti-mildew, good toughness, corrosion resistance, flexibility, and low price. The surface of the sheet can be selected according to the actual requirements of different surface coverings, such as rubber film, barrier film, decoration, hard polypropylene film, non-woven cloth, reinforced material, or no coverings.

A: Usually 10000SQM format or 1 Ton for glass fiber.

A: Normally small samples can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL, FEDEX, EMS, and UPS courier account number to us. For bigger sizes, it depends.
