1. PVC coated fiberglass mat is used to produce PVC sports floor. This product uses fiberglass mat as the base material, one side of the fiberglass be evenly coated with melted PVC, then going through the curing process.
2. During the producing of the PVC floor, the manufacturer can use the PVC coated fiberglass mat to produce the floor, the PVC side of this product can be printed with different design then be laminated with wearing layer, and fiberglass side of this product can be laminated with PVC foaming layer.
3. Since the PVC coated fiberglass mat is have been coated with PVC on one side, the fiberglass side of the material can be laminated with the PVC foaming layer very well.
4. The PVC coated fiberglass mat can also be used as waterproofing material, the fiberglass side of this product can apply to the bitumen and cement very well.
5. The fiberglass mat can be 30g/m2, 40g/m2 and 50g/m2 or according to the customer's demand. And the final weight of the PVC coated fiberglass mat can be done according to the customer's requirement.

A: Usually 10000SQM for mat or 1 Ton for glass fiber.

Q2.How can I get a sample?
A: Normally small samples can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL,FEDEX,EMS,UPS courier account number to us. For bigger sizes, it depends.

Q3.How you do quality control?
