Product Description

PVC floor is widely used because of its lightweight, beautiful design, not easy to wear and tear, and ease of operation. However, due to the addition of many filling materials, PVC floor has lower strength and greater brittleness.

PVC-coated fiberglass mat is used to produce PVC sports floors. This product uses a fiberglass mat as the base material, one side of the fiberglass is evenly coated with melted PVC, then goes through the curing process.

During the production of the PVC floor, the manufacturer can use the PVC-coated fiberglass mat to produce the floor, the PVC side of this product can be printed with different designs and then laminated with a wearing layer, and the fiberglass side of this product can be laminated with PVC foaming layer. Since the PVC-coated fiberglass mat has been coated with PVC on one side, the fiberglass side of the material can be laminated with the PVC foaming layer very well.
