Fiberglass Honeycomb Block
Fiberglass Honeycomb Block is made from corrugated glass paper by piling up or winding process. Different wall thickness is valid based on the different density of glass paper from 20gsm, 25gsm, 30gsm till 60gsm. Different size of honeycomb is also available according to the different channel size. The fiberglass honeycomb block is featured with even impregnation and high intake capacity of catalyst. It is half finished catalyst carrier to produce Zeolite wheel for VOCs treatment, honeycomb block for SCR treatment, and desiccant carrier for dehumidifier. The fiberglass honeycomb blocks saved long process ahead like glass paper producing, corrugating of glass paper, pilling up or winding corrugated glass paper into honeycomb blocks. Also saved big machinery investment for these process ahead.
