Product Description
Made from silica fiberglass chopped strand through carding and needling process. Fiberglass is randomly distributed in a 3-D structure. It has properties of small needling holes and high porosity. It is widely used as filtration and high-temperature insulation material in coom, steel, nonferrous metal, and chemical industry. It is also used as acoustic, insulation, damping, and fire-resistant material in the motorcycle and automobile industry.
1. Low heat conduction coefficient, excellent heat insulation performance
2. High service temperature of 500 to 700°C
3. Made of inorganic fiber which is fire retardant, no toxic gases emission in a fire
4. Excellent chemical stability, no water adsorption, etching, and mildewing
1) Fiberglass needled mat is primarily used in fiberglass molding processes such as GMT, RTM, AZDEL.
2) For a variety of insulation, fire protection materials.
3) Mainly used in insulation board in household appliances such as Air conditioning, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, and so on.
4) For cars, boats, aircraft, and other parts of the noise, insulation, heat resistance.
