PETG is a non-crystalline copolyester. In its production process, since a certain amount of ethylene glycol is replaced by 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol (CHDM), crystallization can be prevented, thereby improving manufacturing and transparency. Its products are highly transparent and excellent in impact resistance. It is especially suitable for forming thick-walled transparent products. Its processing and forming performance is excellent. It can be designed in any shape according to the designer's intention. It may use traditional extrusion, injection molding, or blow molding.

Films

It can be used for making a high-performance shrinkable film that can be applied for the shrinkable packing and labeling of beverage bottles, food, cosmetics, and electronic products. Two-way stretch film is suitable for printing and can be used as high-quality base materials for electronic, cable, insulation materials, and various kinds of industry fields. One-way stretch heat shrinkable film is suitable for the external label of all kinds of cans, polyester bottles, and various vessels.

This product can be used to produce medical syringes. Compared with syringes with PP quality,  syringes of PETGS come out with many advantages: highly transparent, smooth surface with no wrinkles, not easy to break and they are easy to print words on. Most of all, syringes made from PETGS have features of chemical corrosion resistance. They are impact-resistant and easy to process which is very important.

PETG can improve the tenacity of the traditional polyester bottle, and it is especially suitable for making transparent vessels with thick walls and big volumes. The bottle made from PETG is with high transparency, is not easily broken, is easy to make surface decoration, and can meet the demand of the FDA.
 

This product can make transparent materials with a thickness of 1- 5mm through the general molding method. It has outstanding tenacity and high impact strength, the impact strength of this product is 3-5 times of PMMA; because it is hard to crystallize, does not get white while cold bending, and is easy for printing and decorate, so sheet and plate are widely used in all kinds of indoor and outdoor signage, storage rack, vending machine panel, furniture, construction, and mechanical baffle, etc., due to its good compatibility with other materials, it is also used to produce various sheet materials by compositing with other materials, such as GAG, G-APET, etc

A: Usually 5 tons.

A: Normally small quantities can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL, FEDEX, EMS, and UPS courier account number to us. For bigger quantities, it depends.
